EDI Project Manager (Warehouse & Distribution): EDI Project Manager (Warehouse & Distribution) is urgently required for a long term contract for a large BlueChip company paying great rates in an amazing location.

The EDI Project Manager (Warehouse & Distribution) should have the following responsibilities:
¨ Manage, co-ordinate and deliver all agreed W&D integrations to CERPS in line with CERPS timelines
¨ Develop integration project plans specifying goals, deliverables, resources, scheduling.
¨ Ensure all risk and issues associated with the agreed integrations are recorded and managed in the project RAID log in a timely manner, according to programme standards.
¨ Ensure all risks and issues are escalated in a timely manner, along escalation paths defined by the programme
¨ Manage complex stakeholder environment
¨ Follow the CCIT project team methodologies, policies and procedures
¨ Track, monitor and report integrations' progress, costs, and resources to the Project Manager in line with required reporting schedules
¨ Manage and coordinate project related third party relationships in partnership with Business relationship manager where applicable (eg Customer, vendors, Integration partners etc)
¨ Work with customers and IT teams to facilitate smooth Integration testing and User acceptance testing
¨ Author the required documents
¨ Work with Application Services teams to effectively transition the developments into steady state
The EDI Project Manager (Warehouse & Distribution) should have the following skills:
¨ Must be able to speak and write fluently in Italian and in English
¨ Comprehensive experience in Electronic Data Interchange related to Warehousing and Distribution processes (preferred)
¨ Comprehensive understanding of XML and data mapping processes (preferred)
¨ Comprehensive understanding of electronic message routing and message transformation (preferred)
¨ Experience in Project management, including delivery of complex technical IT projects and services
¨ Demonstrated Matrix management skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
¨ Understanding of GSK and CCIT processes related to IT projects
¨ Proven experience in stakeholder management particularly with customers and third parties
¨ Strong interpersonal skills
¨ Ability to work independently, remotely and across several geographies.
