£400 - £500 per day dependent on experience
Our Higher Education client is currently looking to recruit for an Interim Head of End User Services whilst they look for a permanent resource.
The purpose of the post is to lead, develop and manage the teams responsible for the provision of IT/AV help and support services to our customers.
The post holder will be responsible for providing a platform for the delivery of an enhanced, customer focused IT/AV help and support service through the adoption of best practice IT Service Management principles.
You will be responsible for harmonising and bringing together high performing teams to provide a front facing, efficient, responsive and proactive IT/AV help and support service with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
The role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills, an ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and a customer and service focused approach.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of promoting customer service excellence and will have previously implemented ITIL processes.
Higher Education experience and ITIL V3 certification would be beneficial.
