Description
Our direct client in Austin, TX is looking for a Microsoft Project Scheduler. This is a contract position, with extensions being highly likely. Please note that all candidates must be able to work on a corp-to-corp (C2C) basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years - Experience working with resource pool-loaded, dynamic schedules in MS Project
- 4 years - Experience working in the MS Project Server environment
PREFERENCES:
- SharePoint setup and administration experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist project managers and resource supervisors with developing and maintaining dynamic project schedules that use resources from a global resource pool
- Interact with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed dynamic schedules, cost information and identification of variances from the baseline
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around
- Document project scheduling procedures and processes
