Customer account manager - Gent - 1 year - Dutch
Job Description:
The assistant will be part of the coordination team within the organization WPI (Workplace Infrastructure) IAM.
This team is responsible for receiving the orders of our customers (units) and for the creation of work orders to bring the necessary hardware, software and services locally.
The employee will be used for all tasks within the cell COO (" Coordination " )
- Analysis of the application (order), perform reservations in the warehouse, creating work orders,...
- Administration of the park (printers, monitors, workstations, IP phones ... )
- Management of telephone numbering
- First line support for problems with hardware and/or software
- Project work: master plan, setting up meeting rooms, printer replacement
- Documenting practices in work rules
- Communicate with stakeholders (IT, business, end users, suppliers)
- Reporting to the director: number of applications, number of incidents, review orders,...
You will also tasks of the cell "Logistics and Administration" represent
- Orders materials from external suppliers via SAP, not only for its own section (WPI) but for all sections within IAM infrastructure (network [NWI] Servers [MSI] ...)
- Monitoring of orders and deliveries
- Reception of deliveries in SAP
As a member of the team the candidate will also participate in a call ( + - 5 weeks/year).
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT
- Basic knowledge of Windows is required
- Good knowledge Office suite required (Excel, Word, Outlook, ...)
Languages:
Dutch: Fluent AND Mandatory
English and French: Basic
Asset: Similar experience
Soft Skills:
Very punctual to work
Good contact with the customers, customer focus
Communicative, can work well in teams
Able to work independently and have enough responsibility
Rather live in East and West Flanders and a sufficiently smooth route to Ghent have AM
