Description

Oracle Sales Cloud Specialist sought. To cover a contract based in Oxford.

Minimum of 5+ years' of professional experience, with a minimum of 3+ years implementing and configuring sales cloud solutions for 100+ users. Precursor Siebel on-demand or Salesforce.com experience will also be seriously considered.

Really seeking for someone with good business facing skills to gather stakeholder and business needs and who has as much automation and system configuration experience as possible.

You must have:

Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end users.
Problem-solving and strong analytical ability with orientation for detail and accuracy.
Strong verbal/communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Demonstrated professionalism interacting with all levels of the user community.
Ability to work independently.
Be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

The purpose of this role is to undertake configuration, maintenance and support of my client's new Oracle Sales Cloud implementation. You will be working closely with our global sales teams, implementation partner and software supplier. The role will initially focus on delivering a Sales Performance Management capability. Following the launch of this the role will transition to a lead function and you will be responsible for future configuration changes and driving on-going systems upgrades and enhancements.

Perform administrative tasks such as creating accounts and profiles, defining fields, maintaining drop-down list values, list views, etc.
Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
Identify usage problems and craft technical/communication plans to Remedy.
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
Identify and develop reports and dashboards. Integrate data coming from different enterprise systems to ensure 360 view of the business.
Work with the business on requirement gathering. The requirement gathering process includes identifying the demands of the business, as well as the ability to probe symptoms, identify problems and arrive at solutions.
Analyse business needs, prioritise bug and enhancement requests, and design, configure and deliver solutions.

Ensure that business users are kept informed on progress:
Track regular OSC releases and new features, prioritize which to roll out, communicate with end users, configure, test drive and implement.
Identify and manage custom development opportunities.
Document best practices and operational procedures and share them to drive common processes.
Help ensure relevant stakeholders at all levels of the business are aware of solution developments and aware of specific solution concerns with regards to projects.
