Description

Adamine are working with a rapidly expanding NHS spin off business that have achieved significant success in a short period of time and are seeking an Interim Marketing Lead to take their business to the next level.

They need a marketing expert who is visionary, credible with senior stakeholders and highly focused with attention to detail, to review where they are now and add value to their brand position in the market and contribute to new business generation.

As the Interim Marketing Lead, you will be required to:

  • Develop a marketing strategy with PR campaigns to develop the business as a brand name locally, nationally and internationally
  • Get the business out there are as a market leader in the Consultancy industry
  • Drive the business forward to create new business opportunities locally, nationally and internationally
  • Look for new markets and develop with the senior management team
  • Utilise of a full complement of media to promote the business

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

  • 10-15 years marketing experience in the commercial sector
  • Track record of breaking into new industries and building a brand name for organisations.
  • P&L management
  • Experience and evidence of generating new business and contributing to growth of an organization through marketing activities
  • Have the ability to work in a fast growing company
  • Exceptional negotiating and influencing skills
  • Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level
