My client, a large financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced document controller to join their team in Crawley.
The role will involve a mix of document preparation and administrative duties: finding solutions to specific documentation related problems and procedures, especially the conversion of templates from MS Office 2003 to 2010.
The right candidate would be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is legally compliant, adheres to corporate standard and is produced in timescales required.
Experience required:
- In depth knowledge of all Microsoft Adobe products, particularly Word, VBA and Adobe Acrobat
- Ideally financial services experience, if not experience of working for a large company
- Experience of producing documents that are legally compliant.
- Excellent analysis, problem solving, design and communication skills are essential
