THE ROLE:
*Consulting, advisory and managed service agreements for new and existing RES installations
*Scoping and technical assistance to integrators
*Design and technical architecture documentation
*RES Implementations, remote and on-site
*Technical competitive analysis
*Training, Education and Workshops in all RES products both online and on-site
*Installation and setup, access control based on context
*Desktop transformation and advanced application management
*Tracking and reporting, security and performance management
*Knowledge sharing & documentation Root cause analysis/Problem Management + Capicity/Architectural

Management SLA compliance for tickets Value Add Training/Mentoring
On - call Escalation handling, Ticket Quality Process adherence & Security compliance Customer feedback ( Appreciations, CSAT survey results) KB preparation and review
