IT Communication Manager - Change Management - Communication strategy plans
We are currently looking for a Global IT Communication Manager who will be responsible for shaping all messaging that is delivered from the IT team to the internal IT end-users and to ensure technology audiences receive crisp updates on the changes and transition of the IT systems.
The Communication Manager ensures that relevant feedback is shared with the correspondent IT stakeholders and supports the end-users to experience a smooth transition and change.
Main Tasks:
- Develop change management strategy and communication approach plan with the IT teams for the IT Transformation
- Develop effective communications materials to build awareness and understanding of the program strategy, plans, and projects within the IT teams, across all levels of the organization
- Develop customized communications plans, which will drive successful adoption of technologies while minimizing business disruption and ensure end-users' understanding on what to expect and what specific actions they need to take in specific timeframes throughout the transition.
- Set up communication channels with End-Users and the Super User community to collect feedbacks and track the impact of the program across the organization
- Owns customer satisfaction and design and implement the metrics to evaluate the customer satisfaction with the IT project implementation
- Increase IT solutions and services awareness to promote productivity, and define communication strategies to ensure the end-users' awareness of changes and projects within their scope
Your profile:
- Min. 5 years of proven management experience leading change and communication
- Min. 3 years of experience with projects at regional and global level
- Strong experience in designing and implementing communication solutions
- Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team and travel to different sites
- Strong understanding of Information Technology
- Lean thinking mindset
- Communicates effectively to all end-user levels and top management
- Proven track record of managing IT projects
- Ability to translate Technology Roadmap into a business benefits, based on understanding of the business value chain and process set
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as the ability to write well and translate
- Excellent, fluent -speaker level command of English
