Front End Developer to join an award winning, ecommerce social network start-up. As Front End Developer you will work on integrating mobile apps and mobile web. The Front End Developer role is for you if you have excellent JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, Scala and API experience.Responsibilities:
*Own front end development
*Develop web apps
*CSS development
*Optimise website performance
*Build and run SEO
*Maintain unit tests
*Ensure a consistent cross-platform experience
Required skills:
*Excellent JavaScript experience including JQuery, Backbone.JS, React.JS, Ember.JS, Flight.JS
*Able to build custom JavaScript code without frameworks
*Experience building responsive websites with CSS, SASS
*Experience creating and testing cross-browser platforms
*Knowledge of Agile, especially Kanban and Scrum
*Strong communication skills technically & non-technically
Desired Skills
*Experience with Ruby, GoLang and Scala
*Experience with Node.JS, Grunt.JS
