3-6 Month Contract - rolling contract onwards

Huxley are am seeking a Software Engineer to produce and commission automation projects for specialist automated equipment.
The scope of this position covers all aspects of control systems engineering from requirement specification through design, test and commissioning
Your duties will include, but not be limited to design and write PLC control system software, produce required documentation (e.g. functional design specifications, manuals), carry out testing and acceptance with customer, commissioning of systems, train customer maintenance and operator staff, implement changes on site to electrical panels when required.
You will need to be skilled in
- Siemens S7 Programming using Step 7 / S7
- WinCC Flexible / TIA HMI Configuration

- Rockwell Control Logix PLC Programming
- MSSQL
- WinCC 7 SCADA
