Hays Specialist Recruitment have been engaged with a Large Public Sector client based in Bristol for a number of IT Systems Trainer's for 12 weeks based in Bristol with a possible extension.
Overview
My Client has just implemented a new social care database called LiquidLogic Adults System (LAS). We are now looking for post go live support for the end users.
Previous Experience/Key Systems
Use of the following systems would be a huge benefit:
- LiquidLogic (adults or childrens)
- PARIS
- Core Logic
- Swift
- Care First
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Access (for inputting only)
Or the ability to quickly pick up, use and pass on knowledge to other users of a new IT databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information and guidance to end users either through 1 to 1 sessions or coaching on LAS
- Support telephone, email and virtual support to end users contacting the Support Desk
- Accessing user manuals find answers to queries and pass on
- Data entry into LAS database
- Provide feedback reports at the end of each day of the areas targeted and the support provide, also to highlight potential areas for extra support
- Problem identification and resolution
We are looking to hold telephone interviews as soon as possible and start candidates next week (13th July).
