Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager Contract: Full time, initially offered for a 3 month probation period. Remuneration: Up to £35,000, depending on experience. Deadline: Noon Monday 3rd August 2015

TellyJuice is an established, award-winning, digital creative agency for corporate and broadcast clients. We create high-end videos and promos that entertain, inspire and engage. This growing sector is revolutionising digital marketing and we are at the heart of it. Our clients include: The Guardian, HSBC, NBCUniversal, BBC WorldWide, UKTV, Freesat and ITV. We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dedicated team. You will be exceptionally talented and motivated, with the ability to create persuasive and impactful marketing campaigns. You will be working within a newly established team and you will play a vital role in the company's future development.

Key responsibilities will include:

•Developing coherent marketing strategies for our full suite of products and providing marketing activity to generate optimum growth.

•Management and assessment of inbound leads.

•Developing a marketing & communications plan for 'growth areas' and working closely with our core departments to create marketing collateral.

•Managing budgets to ensure all activity is measured and accurately reported.

•Working within a team to deliver ongoing client development and analysis.

•Planning sales and marketing events.

•Ensuring best practice around marketing strategies and client development.

Ideal candidates will display:

•A proven track record of supporting the development of a marketing strategy for companies in a similar field.

•A degree or professional qualification in marketing or similar area and a minimum of three years' industry experience (outstanding candidates without formal qualifications, but comparable experience, will also be considered).

•Demonstrable knowledge of SEO techniques and CRM management.

•Expert knowledge of digital channels and how to utilise them to maximum effect.

•The ability to work effectively as a member of a team, but also work independently and set and achieve ambitious targets.

•Impeccable diplomacy and communication skills.
