I am currently recruiting for a fantastic organisation who develop next generation, industry leading measurement equipment. The office is based in a lovely, quiet location in Herefordshire.Due to recent success, they are looking for an additional software engineer to join the current experienced team. You will implement and test new algorithms by modifying existing and new software written in C++ and Python.
Role: Software Engineer
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Location: Hereford
Length: Permanent
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-Good experience in writing C++ and Python..
-Experience in using .Net and wxWidgets Framework
-Knowledge of low level communications, Ethernet, RS232, SPI.
-Embedded windows experience
-Use of industry standard tools (UML design, Bug tracking, continuous integration, version control)
-Degree in relevant discipline.
The salary is competitive offering up to £40,000 dependant on experience plus a good benefits package.
