QC Analyst - De-risking x 10

My client, based in Stockport, is a UK-wide provider of financial services, giving award-winning levels of customer service to millions of retail and business customers across the UK. They are looking for a number of Quality Control Advisors to accurately work customer screening alerts, identifying target matches and discount false positives. There are numerous contract roles on offer offering rates of up to £250 a day.

Some areas of accountability will include:

  • Assess high risk & complex customer requests to a variable less defined process.
  • Conduct in depth investigations to validate information available using a variety of resources
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of investigations and evidence.
  • Work with Money Laundering regulatory framework particularly with respect to tipping off and failure to report.

The right candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Confident and experienced in Financial Services and Financial Crime Prevention
  • In depth knowledge of relevant banking regulation and legislation
  • At least 1 year's experience within a QC role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Please be aware of the shift patterns for this role which is outlined below. The shifts will be EITHER be 4pm - 11.30pm (Monday - Friday) or 3 x 12 hour shifts (Friday - Sunday).
