Description
Role Overview/Expectations:
Provide expertise in the Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM), and Cyber Security space to enhance current controls, techniques, and processes.
Coach/mentor Business Resiliency team members and other stakeholders and industry best practices in the Resiliency space.
Develop knowledge of clients business application access, processes, policies, and tools to assist in the identification and management of enterprise risks and controls implementation.
Collaborate with the Client's Technology Governance Risk & Controls (TGRC) organization, BUs/Functions, and 3rd party providers in assessing network and application technology risks, and risks associated with related
business processes.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
5+ years of demonstrated experience in the Business Resiliency space, particularly related to BC/DR and/or CM.
In-depth knowledge and experience with the entire CM life cycle (including planning, exercising, and recovery).
Knowledge of IT/Business Architecture, IT Controls and/or equivalent complex environments, and related BC/DR and/or CM best practices.
Knowledge of business impact analysis, risk analysis, and DR plan documentation and maintenance.
