Description
Embedded Software Python Tester (contract) to help set up a framework for the automated testing of software components.
Ideally extensive experience working with Python and/or Java, xUnit (Junit, PyUnit) or any other automated test frameworks, testing Embedded systems, preferably Android systems, SCM (GIT, ClearCase, ...), developing automated test cases for user stories, enhancing user stories to ensure their testability. My client is keen to find someone who can hit the ground running so really does need an experienced engineer, someone capable of analysing the test, the results and provide feedback, someone who can identify root causes of issues, experience in Continuous Integration/Delivery processes and ideally someone who has develop dedicated android test applications in order to exercise the platform APIs with exp working with C/C++ and C++ test frameworks (GTF or similar).
