Complaints Policy & Standards Support Manager

I am looking for a complaints policy and standards support manager to help Design and deliver into Advocacy and PCB customer/client facing teams high quality Complaint Standards which are fully aligned with Group Complaints Policy and Advocacy processes and controls.

Key Requirements

  • Some knowledge of Complaint Handling business and operating models across the Advocacy and wider PCB teams would be beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience working with PPI
  • Working knowledge and insight into industry trends that impact complaint handling
  • Knowledge of control and governance frameworks would be beneficial
  • Previous FCA/FOS exposure
  • Experience of engaging at senior levels and of working cross functionally on both projects and BAU activities
