IT Trainer Cork - 3 - 6 months rolling - IT Trainer -We are looking for a trainer to join the Cork team. This person will work with the training lead in Cork and one other trainer to provide training to the Cork sites and other sites across the region. This training will include new employee on-boarding (technical training for new hires on Mac OS X), technical workshops on a wide range of topics, and personal 1:1 training sessions.
The person must be able to learn new training material on their own and a fast pace and must be able to adapt to a wide range of ad-hoc personal training requests
This person must have excellent communication and presentation skills, have experience training Mac OS X and iOS operating systems and apps, and must be able to work in a fast paced dynamic team.
Fluency in English is required and the person must be comfortable training people one to one, from junior level employees up to senior director level staff. The person must work well under pressure and be able to adapt their weekly and daily schedules in a sometimes ambiguous working environment.
