Customer Retention Finance Analyst

We have a new contract position offering the opportunity to work within a major telco organisation, as they are looking for a Customer Retention Finance Analyst to join them.

As the Customer Retention Finance Analyst you will be supporting the Retention Finance Manager with BAU reporting and ad-hoc requests & analysis for Upgrades & Churn. With increasing focus on the Retention area they are recruiting a Customer Retention Finance Analyst to manage the ongoing daily reporting and the analysis, interpretation of upgrades & churn. You will be working cross functionally with the Retention Finance Manager, Sales & Base Marketing and Central Finance teams to provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production and presentation of the weekly upgrades & churn Flash
  • Responsible for maintaining and actively reviewing the eligible base, providing insight to all key stakeholders on key levers and variance to budget, forecast and prior versions.
  • Produce month end upgrades, voluntary churn & unbilled debtor volumes, obtain signoff and agree final month end KPI's for submission to central finance.
  • Own and work with EI to swiftly resolve all data/DQ issues for upgrades & churn reporting.
  • Produce and update the monthly MBR & chairmans pack.
  • Provide ad-hoc upgrades & voluntary churn analysis & reporting as & when required.

For this role you will need to have:

  • Previous knowledge of customer churn and retention within a commercial sales environment
  • Strong Excel and system skills
  • Highly analytical, Flexible & Resilient
  • Can-do attitude
  • Experience in the timely production of daily/weekly/monthly reporting
  • Proactive self-starter
