SAS Developer x 2
Location: Blackpool, Lancashire
Contract Length: start ASAP to
Rate: £480 per day max
My Public Sector client based in Blackpool is currently looking for 2 SAS Developers to join them on a contract basis starting ASAP until the end of December 2015.
The SAS Developers will be responsible for:
* Design and build of SAS matching data strategies and statistical programs
* Document algorithms and procedures.
* Create large data set programmes of unmatched or exception data.
* Develop and maintain SAS databases supporting analysis data activities.
* Edit and modify SAS programs to perform logical edits in order to rectify data inconsistencies and anomalies.
* Interpret and summarize analyses, and write reports.
* Consult with program managers regarding data acquisition, analysis, and requirements. Maintain data security for all collected data and processed data
Skills and experience required:
* Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with a non-technical audience.
* Datamodelling (ERwin preferred)
* Base SAS
* SAS Enterprise Guide (E-guide)
* Database and MI/BI design
* Dimensional modelling
* Oracle 11g
* Oracle PL/SQL.
