IT Business Analyst > Telecoms
A major telecoms company in Brussels are searching for an IT Business Analyst to work within the Mobile Data Domain (election, pricing, billing models and reporting of the mobile data products).
The day to day tasks of the IT Business Analyst are to define the IT strategy to ensure alignment with the business and divisional objectives, discuss and clarify user requirements and obtain alignment across the different stockholders of a suite of IT systems. The successful IT Business Analyst will be responsible to define a conceptual data model which determines how to organise and store information, he/she will plan, arrange and control meetings, workshops and investigate systems.
We are searching for candidates with a strong analytical mind, good analysis and modelling skills, good oral, written communicator and negotiator. Candidates should have prior experience working as an IT business analyst and experience as a functional analyst ideally from a telco or IT background. IT would be highly desired for candidates to be famailiar with signalling products (SS7, Sigtran) and their respective business model. Knowledge of international wholesale telecom business is also desired.
