A key client of Computer Futures has approached us to find x2 Senior Network/Telecommunications Engineer in Reading.The contract will be for 6 months and will be paying £420 - £520 per day!
You will be a highly desired candidate if you have the following:
*University degree in computer science or electrical engineering and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
*Certifications in Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIP-SP, CCISP, or other data comm. certifications.
*Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, MPLS implementation
*Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including TCP/IP, routing protocols BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IPSEC, IKE.
*Extensive application support experience with Juniper Routers, Firewalls, and Data Center Switches.
*Strong, hands-on technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Linux.
