With a 12 month potential project base this client have a unique offering to Testers who want more than to simply "do a bit of work". The team are very Tech Savvy and have a great attitude and open mind to new ideas.
Your role:
As an experienced Automated Tester you will be sought to bring advice and consult on the clients use of Web testing tools - mainly Selenium WebDriver.
You will assist with Implementing Selenium Web Driver into their C# .Net environment.
Advise and put in new Frameworks
Contribute to the best practice of the teams Testing methods
Work with the team to encourage Agile and Scrum Methodologies.
Skills
Essential
Experience of implementing Selenium WebDriver within a C#.NET development environment
Experience of implementing Selenium tests within Visual Studio
Ability to communicate testing techniques and best practices to peers and management in a mentoring capacity
Desirable
Some understanding of ASP.NET MVC
Familiarity with Javascript and the Knockout.js Javascript library
Experience of working within a Scrum team
Knowledge of other kinds of testing and test frameworks which may be beneficial to a mission-critical web-based application - performance tests, stress tests, soak testing
