Background

Our client is a top-tier financial services business based in London are looking for an experienced RoadShow and Events Manager to organise and deliver business roadshows, presentations, seminars, conferences and hospitality events for key clients. This position will focus heavily on the Roadshows.

The role
The Senior Manager is responsible for building relationships with senior stakeholders in Global Capital Financing and Global Asset Management. You will be responsible for delivering presentations in alignment with the wider business.

Organise, manage and administer all major corporate and institutional deal and non-deal roadshows, analyst and economist presentations, seminars, conferences and hospitality events.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the business, providing regular status updates.

This role offers an excellent daily rate.

Skills & Experience

5+ Year experience within corporate events management.

Knowledge within Financial Services and Asset Management is preferable.

Experience within a hectic and pressurised Markets environment.

Must have flexible approach to work and working hours.

Excellent relationship building skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and on multiple tasks simultaneously.
