Scrum Masters - Agile, Kanban
One of Talent's leading clients is urgently looking for a number of Scrum Masters (Agile, Kanban) for long-term programmes of work in Hungary.
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I)
- Proven experience acting as Scrum Master in a large Development Team
- A good working knowledge of the Scrum approach including burndown techniques, numerous retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.
- A strong knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
- A strong knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.
