The consultant will be part of the ITSS Netherlands department and will report to ITSS Team lead .
Job description
The consultant will be primarily responsible for IT Site Support in Sluiskil, the Netherlands.

Global Service Desk agent (1st level telephone support to end-users)

On-Site support (1st and 2nd level desk site support)

Eyes and Hands for our outsourcing partners on-site.

Supporting all IT-related equipment which is not supported by our outsourcing partners (Telephone system; Printers; )

Support the production environment and their IT suppliers where needed.

Somebody with the knowledge and experience to get up to speed fast in a complex environment; both technical and process wise. A good communication with the business and the other IT people in Immingham and the rest of Europe is a must.
