Description
A direct Minneapolis, MN seeks an IT Enterprise Contact Center Systems Software Programmer. This position will primarily provide Tier 2 and 3 programming capacity in the Enterprise Contact Center Environment, capturing requirements, developing, testing, implementing and supporting complex custom IVR and ACD applications for our customers.
Local resources are preferred.

Responsibilities
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Scripting in CISCO Enterprise ICM and IVR Environments.
- Complete Technical Design, Build, Test, Implementation and Support of projects as assigned.
- Consulting on contact center projects
- Tier 2/3 support of existing contact applications.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science and/or closely related field and one year or more of systems software programming experience in
(a)design of databases,
(b)operating system software using level language,
(c)system capacity planning computer performance and/or
(d) data communications
- Associate's or vocational/technical certificate in computer programming and three years or more of programming experience, including at least one year of systems software programming experience described above
- Experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis to equal five years or more
- Experience Scripting in the Cisco, UCCE and IP-IVR environment
- Experience providing customer service using call center applications
- Experience gathering requirements in a collaborative manner, producing specifications and design in a contact center environment
- Experience in the following Cisco VoIP components: ICM, ACD, CAD, IP-IVR and Call Manager
