Service Delivery Manager - Prince II
One of the largest global information technology consulting companies worldwide are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to work on an 8 month contract.
The business are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to work within IT, Infrastructure and Platform services. Looking for knowledge of data networks and Datacom (LAN, WAN, Internet, Extranet, Firewalls and Load Ballancing.)
Key responsibilities:
- Day2day availability and reliability of the central and decentralised network infrastructure.
- Cost management.
- Budget control.
- Project and incident management.
- You will be required to take ownership and deliver on agreed timelines.
Key skills required
- Prince II.
- Datacom network technical knowledge.
- ITIL.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Battle ready.
- Sound financial knowledge.
- 5-10 years' relative experience.
- Stakeholder and supplier management.
- A high level of communication skills.
- Dutch & English (Written & Spoken.)
