My client is urgently looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a background in Data Management for an initial 3 month contract. They want a subject matter expert to develop the data management roadmap providing both strategic and technical expertise throughout the evaluation and implementation process.There are a number of projects in the pipeline that you would work on including the replacement of a GIS system amongst others. In addition, you will develop the master data strategy, build data platforms, design executive reporting and be instrumental with the creation of the information strategy. Also, the postholder will investigate new industry & technology trends and develop creative, robust and scalable strategies to support business needs.
My client is looking for someone who has been involved with multi-million GBP, enterprise scale, projects with a track record with master data, data modelling, ETL, analytics etc. Experience with data governance strategies, data strategy, data architecture is also required. Experience with the utilities industry would be beneficial though not essential.
