Description
A leading bank, based in Manchester are currently in need of an experienced Propositions/Product Manager within the Digital Area. You will be responsible for creating and delivering new digital propositions across web, mobile and tablet as part of the digital strategy to drive customer engagement, self-service and customer advocacy. This is a long term contract role paying a very competitive daily rate.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Understanding of agile development methodologies
Experience in launching digital propositions across web, tablet and mobile that drive customer advocacy and self-service customer behaviour
Knowledge on the application of key digital trends (eg communities, mobile commerce, mobile payments, social tools etc.)
Strong communication/stakeholder management skills
