Codelitt Incubator is looking for a Software Engineer with experience in two very different world: You’ll need to know both an enterprise stack and startup stack. We’re looking for an engineer who has experience with Ruby/Python/Go (one of these), Javascript and Linux. They will also need to feel comfortable with MSFT SQL and building API's with .NET/C# (We know this is strange). You'll help support our enterprise customers while bringing the lessons from OSS and startups to their world hence the requirement for enterprise tech knowledge.The ideal candidate has a passion for being a part of a founding team, social networking, algorithms, connecting APIs, and building useful and meaningful tools for the web. We are looking for someone who contributes to the open net, open source projects, and has a passion for learning.
You’ll be working on early stage startups and innovation projects from testing to see if a product is going to get traction, to building the MVP, and eventually scaling it into a business. It’s important that you don’t just write code, but also are interested in starting a business.

Requirements
- Experience working and collaborating with teams
- Very experienced in a scripting language like Ruby, Python, or Go.
- Solid MSFT SQL, .NET/C#, and Windows Server experience
- Experience in Linux and command line a must
- Javascript experience a must, prefered work with React, but okay if Angular/Backbone
- You know how to architect all components of a project (data modelling, databases, data access layers, external APIs etc)
- You know how to run projects through solid processes (things like code reviews, reviewing stories, planning)
- Picks up new technologies quickly and efficiently
- Uses Git for all of your projects
- Creates tests before they write code (TDD is your thing)
- Expert knowledge of OOP and software design principles
- Driven, ambitious, and interested in tech
- Self motivated
- Acumen. You must be able to think of and judge multiple solutions for a problem, and be able to reason between them.
- You know how to hand code SQL (don’t worry about extreme optimization)
- You’re aware of how to build secure apps
- Knowledge of responsive frontends
