ZTE Senior Radio Optimisation Expert - 2G, GSM, 3G, UMTS, LTE
A leading telecoms company are searching for a Senior Radio Optimisation Engineer with excellent experience GSM and UMTS (2G,3G) technologies and wide experience with ZTE equipment. As the Senior Radio Optimisation Engineer you will work in a team of RF optimisers to perform GSM/GPRS, UMTS and LTE network optimisation activities. We are searching for an experience engineer with in-depth knowledge of radio optimisation of 2G, 3G and LTE mobile networks with a strong focus on QoS and troubleshooting. Then ideal candidate will be highly experienced in ZTE networks with a focus on 2G/3G equipment, parameters and features. Other vendor experience such as Huawei, Ericsson and NSN etc will be appreciated as well
Required Skills and Experience:
- Highly experienced in ZTE Networks (other vendors appreciated as well).
- 2G GSM, 3G UMTS experience.
- LTE experience (desirable not essential)
- Analysis of KPI's, L3 signalling procedures and improvement of network quality and capacity problems.
- At least 5 years of Mobile network optimisation experience.
- Education: Degree qualified in Telecommunications Engineering.
- End-user/customer problem investigation.
- Results oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Team player, open communication and ability to work in international environment.
Languages:
- High Spanish level
- Good English level
