French Speaking Finance Administrator/Sales Administrator, Excel, Pivot Tables, Vlookup

French Speaking Finance Administrator/Sales Administrator, Excel, Pivot Tables, Vlookup - My client is well respected global organisation based in Brentford and they have been voted as one of the top 20 companies to work for in the UK. They currently have a space in their team for a Finance Administrator/Sales Administrator for an initial 8 month contract.

The role;
- Updating ERP & CRM databases (SAP/Salesforce)
- Liaising with internationally dispersed sales team
- Reporting
- Invoicing
- Chasing late payments
- Data entry

Essential experience;
- Advanced Excel Data manipulation experience (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Macros etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in French
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Previous experience working within an office environment

Desirable experience;
- Previous exposure to ERP and/or CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce etc.)
