Description
Global FMCG Company is looking for a Change Manager to join a growing team on a 3 contract.The main focus will be to deliver training to the business the whole business, you will be working alongside the Business Analysts, Lawyers and Programme Manager in order to deliver this.
You will be involved in creating and delivering the training documents and communications to the rest of the business. You may be required to travel throughout Europe at times.
Part of your role will require you to get the business to buy into the training, why it's important and the benefits to the business.
You will be delivering training to the whole business, tweaking and making more specific training docs for Heads of departments and senior stake holders.
