Description
Your typical day as the CRM Executive will include:
- Deliver all CRM activity - including e-mail, direct mail, Print advertising, loyalty programme(s) and other activity streams with a focus on Magazine titles and online eCommerce sites.
- Develop email creative from concept to deployment using basic knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver and Photoshop
- Manage the promotional calendar, ensuring that all codes, promotions and campaigns are delivered effectively.
- Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand guidelines as well as Best Practice and that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation.
- Proofing all campaigns and ensuring that quality standards are met.
- Source, segment, acquire and manage email marketing data, working with Database Team and technology partners where appropriate.
- Drive forward the performance of email marketing in terms of Open Rate, Click Through Rate and ROI whilst reducing unsubscribe rates.
- Track all campaigns and report performance on a regular basis.
- Implement testing plans to develop rich and dynamic content, subject lines and promotional offers.
- Monitor customer experience across all channels and make changes where required through support teams to ensure any sub-optimal items/processes/pages/etc. are improved.
- Work to continually improve creative techniques, performance and output/productivity levels.
- Keep abreast of industry best practice and report on/share learning's with the wider business .

To effectively deliver within this role the following skills and experience are essential:
- At least 3 years marketing experience
- Experience leading agency relationships and marketing teams
- Understanding of campaign metrics and commercial impact
- Excellent communicator both oral and written
- Good Communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong relationship builder.
- The ability to achieve through others not in direct line management.
- A strong peer group team player.
- Can do attitude and high levels of resilience.
