Description

My NHS Client is a Community Healthcare organisation based in the south west, they currently have a requirement for an Interim Director of Operations

The contract is approximately 6 months.

You will have the responsibility of ensuring all services offer the highest quality care, focusing on improving the patient experience, patient safety and clinical outcomes.

They are looking for someone with experience in
  • Leading at director level the operational aspects of multiple community services

  • The leadership of transforming service delivery

  • Health and social care and the development of integrated models of care

  • Monitoring and evaluating services

  • Promoting the development for Staff and Services trust wide.

  • Ensuring compliance with all outcomes relating to the expectations of the CQC


The successful candidate will have experience as director of operations/COO within a large community service.
