General Profile:
ESB Support Engineer performs Maintenance/Support activities of ESB EMEA Platform to:
- Provide monitoring of the flows,
- Manage & Solve incidents,
- Provides support of the flows,
- Define and follow the priority.
Deliverables:
- support tracking for applications and requests
- develop fixes or small enhancements
2 Activity Details
To meet the business objective, the project involves the following components:
- Incident:
o Tracking
o Analyze/Investigate
o Categorize/Priorize
o Solve
o Communicate on status and workaround/solution
- Problem
o Document issue/workaround
- Fix and Small enhancements
o Develop/Update application code to provide fixes or small enhancements
- Request fulfilment
o Execute user service request for information, job executions,
- Facilitate the understanding of the flows and the ESB platform,
- Guarantee the respect of the process,
- Compliance with existing processes and tools to monitor the support,
- Support the project manager in the activities follow up
- Monitoring of incidents in production
- Working with teams from other systems as part of the correction of potential problems with data reliability.
