Description
RDF are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our clients global E-commerce environment. You will be a key member of the Order Management System and will be responsible for migrating from one platform to another.
In particular, this person will be responsible for:
* Working with key business partners to agree and document iteratively and just-intime
design and acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements
and for product deliverables;
* Leading the efforts test strategy development and test case design for complex solutions
with significant impact to the company;
* Establishing a strong rapport and collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams
day-by-day throughout the whole delivery, collaborating on delivery timelines and
highlighting risks associated with the launches;
* Managing documentation including 'as-is' and 'to be' process diagrams and architecture
diagrams, ensuring that delivery fulfils business requirements;
* Recommending improvements and implementing them where possible;
* Providing insights to drive ongoing optimization, supporting the implementation of
business solutions and comparing actual site launch results to expected results.
Skills and Experience:
* IT Business Analyst experience working in a global organisation
* A go-getter attitude when undertaking requirements gathering and pushing for sign-off
* An understanding of the impact migrations have on the end user
* Previously involved in infrastructure, client/on premise to the cloud migrations
* Strong verbal, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions and explain complex solutions
* Good knowledge of the English language
* Experience working in lean and agile software development environments and with Agile frameworks, including user stories and acceptance criteria creation, sprint planning
* Good knowledge of an E-commerce platform (ie WebSphere; Hybris; Demandware)
