My client, a leading automotive manufacturer, based in Warwickshire, is looking to recruit an STA Programme Engineer to join their Manufacturing Operations division on a long-term contract basis.

Engineer, Business, APQP, PPAP, 8D, Quality, Launch, AIMS, Warwickshire
Skills Required:
Good leadership/negotiation/communication & interpersonal skills.
Computer literate - Excell/Word.
Skills Preferred:
Self-motivated & able to work on their own initiative.
Able to operate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Advanced Product Quality planning - close interrogation of supplier timing plans.
Phased Production Part Approval Process.
Launch support (high impact suppliers).
8-D/AIMS concern resolution.
Experience Required:
Experienced within a Vehicle Engineering/Quality function and familiar with the Global Product Development System
Experience Preferred:
Knowledge and experience of APQP/PPAP/8D
Education Required:
Degree level qualification (Ideally Engineering or Business related)
Additional Information:
Contract until 31/12/15 initially
