My client is looking for Recruitment Officer to join their NHS Trust in London. The Recruitment Officer will support the Recruitment Managers in ensuring that the recruitment teams deliver a high quality, cost effective and responsive campaigns. The Recruitment Officer should be comfortable working with large volume recruitment.Interviews for this position will be held next week and my client will be paying a competitive salary.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with managers advising and assisting them regarding the adverts and planning the recruitment processes, ensuring that all the necessary documentation is fully completed before arranging for the advert to go live.
- To respond to recruitment queries, some of which may be complex and provide accurate, timely recruitment advice to both internal and external stakeholders
- Undertaking administrative support related to the appointment on new joiners and other HR-related tasks.
- Undertake recruitment processes - short listing, administering and marking assessments, completing online psychometric questionnaire, conducting interviews, planning schedules and room bookings for all posts within the service as required.
- Arrange and administer assessment centres including psychometric testing
- Provide supervisory cover of the Recruitment Coordinators
- Build strong relations with external recruitment partners including advertising, job boards, ensuring best value across all recruitment solutions
