Finance Manager, Southampton
Finance Manager role for FTSE 100 Financial Services Company based in Southampton. This is an initial 3-6 month contract, paying between £ a day.
Applicants for this Finance Manager role should have a good understanding of IFRS based reporting and UKGAAP, and have proficient knowledge of month end and quartley reporting.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced Finance Manager who has experience of dealing within the travel industry. This role will require candidates to provide a strong focus on governance and controls processes and produce statutory and regulatory reports amongst others.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
- Extensive understanding of IFRS and UKGAAP.
- Working knowledge of General Ledgers.
- Experience of month end and quarterly reports
- Ability to Matrix manage the work of team members.
- Oracle systems experience.
- Strong financial reporting experience.
