Looking for a PeopleSoft 9.2 T&L expert to work in Tulsa, OK

Goals for a successful candidate, Consultant level Peoplesoft Time and Labor SME:

  • Evaluate the current Peoplesoft 8.9 Time and Labor custom module. Determine if the business time rules and polices can be successfully implemented within the Peoplesoft 9.2 Time and Labor system.
  • Collection of time and labor requirements from a variety of key stakeholders including Ecosys, Unifier, Oracle Financials, EXD, Team Connect, Veriforce, Safety, IsNet, Fieldglass/Billquick
  • Fit-gap for identified business requirements to PeopleSoft 9.2 Time and Labor and to Oracle HCM Cloud solution.
  • Deliver an assessment and recommendation of the current time entry custom module and a work plan of the current system requirement(s) to the new system configuration mapping requirement(s). Provide risks associated with the recommended solutions in accordance with our project management framework.
  • Articulate best practices for time capture.

Skills: Peoplesoft Implementation

Requirements/Qualifications:

Sr. Consultant Peoplesoft Time and Labor Module with extensive experience in T&L Configuration, T&L Rules, T&L Security and T&L Business Processes. Peoplesoft payroll knowledge, and PS 9.2 Upgrade experience. Experience implementing Peoplesoft in a Complex Environment. Need understanding of International time entry reporting US and Canada.

Experience/Knowledge with Oracle HCM Cloud preferred. Experience in other time entry systems helpful.
