We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead/SME in CA, details:
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 6 months
Start: 2 weeks
ServiceNow SME/Team Lead
- Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
- Service now implementation experience in different modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
- Expertise in development of custom app using CreateNow
- Experience in other modules viz. Project Management, Time-Card etc.
- Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules
- Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX
- Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc )
- SNOW administration experience.
- Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes
- ITIL Foundation v3 certification & ServiceNow Administration certification mandatory
