Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead/SME in CA, details:

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 6 months

Start: 2 weeks

ServiceNow SME/Team Lead

  • Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
  • Service now implementation experience in different modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
  • Expertise in development of custom app using CreateNow
  • Experience in other modules viz. Project Management, Time-Card etc.
  • Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules
  • Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX
  • Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc )
  • SNOW administration experience.
  • Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes
  • ITIL Foundation v3 certification & ServiceNow Administration certification mandatory
