ICT Service Delivery Consultant Datacenter Network & SecurityThe ICT Service Delivery Consultant deals with the technical complexity of cloud and hosted solutions. His/Her role consists in providing the customer with expert advice and assistance for designing, creating, implementing, auditing and operating his security environment in a way adapted to his business needs and constraints within the data centers.
The ICT Service Delivery Consultant is specialised in standard, non-standard and complex analysis thanks to his/her advanced and up-to-date technical skills. The ICT Service Delivery Consultant will translate the functional and non-functional requirements into a technical analysis for the customer. He/She will manage and/or implement the security IT infrastructure and services for the hosted customers.
The ICT Service Delivery Consultant will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts in the field of hosted solutions. He/she will play a role in the incident, problem, configuration, change and release management processes of the cloud and hosting customers.
Your Profile Educational level & general experience :
Bachelor / Industrial Engineer or equivalent by experience or higher.
5 year relevant experience in at least 2 required technologies.
Fluent Dutch / French / English (oral + written)
Stress resistant, ability to treat multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to familiarize with new products at a high pace
Good communication Skills (written, oral, shows, etc.)
Team-worker, but able to work independently
Business attitude and solution driven
Strong analytical skills
Skills - Expierence working in DC environments
- Nexus 7000, 5500 and 2000
- Juniper SRX FWs
- F5
- Bluecoat CAS
- Routing protocols (mainly BGP and OSPF)
- Capable of handling day-to-day operations (Incidents, Problems, Requests and Changes)
- Flexible (able to work out-of-hours)
- Customer facing skills (able to deal with demanding customers while maintaining respect and professionalism)
- A team player with motivation and a good personality
