Urgently seeking a Service Desk Specialist to come and work on the Service Desk for a well-known organisation at a very busy period, this will be for initially three months with a very high chance of extension.
Interviews will be face to face tomorrow, one stage to start on Monday.

Previous experience in a call centre is ideal
Desirable but not essential

Mac
Mobile device experience
The successful candidate will be answering calls, helping fix and set up mobile devices, deal with any issue son a 1st line level.
