OSS Toolset Architect

Green Light is looking to engage a OSS Technical Architect for one of our high-profile telecommunications clients for permanent and/or long-term contracts. This requirement requires a minimum of an Baseline Security clearance.
This role will be responsible for providing holistic technical support to both application and infrastructure within multi-platform environment.
Key skills and experience include:
- 5+ years proven experience as an Telecommunications Support Consultant
- Strong experience within established production environments and been an integral part of deployments
- Proven experience on doing incident resolutions
- Technical support experience on OSS
- Proven experience working with telecommunication providers and/or vendors
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
Good to have:

- SPLUNK
- HP Arcsight
- Solo Wings
- Service Now
- Orchestration exp
The role will be holistic and focus on a number on ways to support internal stakeholders while working with cutting edge technologies.
