Your tasks:
- Collect and analyze information from business stakeholders in regard to specific MDM requirements
- Evaluate requirements in the context of the overall solution and in regard to legal or business process needs
- Create detailed documentation of the requirement and align with business representative
- Identify interface needs of applications to be integrated
- Ensure overall harmonization of requirements from an IT point-of-view with the MDM service and scope and goals
- Support testing and trainings
Your qualifications
- A pragmatic, logical and structured approach
- Able to translate complex processes to functional requirements
- Fluent in business English, both written and verbal
- Experience in working in international teams with internal and external members
- Good communication skills
- Experience with the most common MS Office products, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Requirement engineering skills (e.g. DOORS)
- Experience with data exchange over XML
