Global IT Applications System Analyst
Location: Netherlands
Contract Length: 24 Months
Rate: EURO (Euros)
Key Requirements
*Must have experience with Success Factors (SF) or ADP payroll a plus
*Must have experience with SAP HR (time management/payroll) a plus
*+ 7 years' experience with business application environments and technology
*+ 5 years knowledge and experience with Human Resources and Payroll business applications
*Good understanding of IT infrastructure/security and network in Internet environment (solve/manage issues regarding this area)
*Proven experience in implementation of People Management applications
Key Responsibilities
*Responsible for effective and efficient functionality of the People Management landscape ( Global & local applications )
*Support high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements and architect custom end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, managing functional and technical support and prioritization across IT projects and on-going user support
*Work closely with all other Global IT Applications functions, development teams, external partners and business units to ensure successful project completion.
*Responsible to create documentation for implementation and updates in the SAP and SAP eco-system as described in the Change Management process; while completing the configuration and initial testing of the Change Requests approved.
*Support Business Testing and Training team in creating test scenarios and user manuals for new and updated processes.
*Support Access Control team in creating roles for different user functionalities.
*Responsible to analyse the Events, Incidents, Problems, Request, Access and Changes escalated as 2nd or 3rd level support from the Global Help Desk.
