Description
To join a small support team in a busy environment supporting seven sites across the UK, will be dealing with users across the business from agency staff to directors. Will be expected to manage their own projects within tight timescales as well as day-to-day business as usual support.The main focus of this role is to support a Dynamics NAV 2013 implementation and specify/build Jet BI reports, there will be general support duties and other projects as necessary.
We are looking for someone who has a drive to get the job done as well as the capability of looking at existing business processes and suggesting improvements.
Working hours: 8:00-17:00 with an hours lunch
Duties:
- Provide IT support to staff electronically, over the phone and face-to-face
- Produce business oriented reports
- Incept & deliver projects on time and within budget
