Description

To join a small support team in a busy environment supporting seven sites across the UK, will be dealing with users across the business from agency staff to directors. Will be expected to manage their own projects within tight timescales as well as day-to-day business as usual support.

The main focus of this role is to support a Dynamics NAV 2013 implementation and specify/build Jet BI reports, there will be general support duties and other projects as necessary.

We are looking for someone who has a drive to get the job done as well as the capability of looking at existing business processes and suggesting improvements.

Working hours: 8:00-17:00 with an hours lunch

Duties:
  • Provide IT support to staff electronically, over the phone and face-to-face
  • Produce business oriented reports
  • Incept & deliver projects on time and within budget


Applications:
  • ERP Systems Support (Sage, MS Dynamics NAV/AX)
  • Jet Essentials (Reports) & Enterprise (OLAP Cubes) Specification and Writing
  • SQL Server Maintenance & Query Writing
  • Excel 2010 Advanced skills: Macros, Pivot Tables, Charts
  • Any exposure to MS Access an advantage.

  • Business Intelligence/Reporting Development Support: Excel Pivot Tables & Charts, Jet Reports, SSRS, SharePoint
  • MS Office General Support : Printing, Excel Formulas, Database Repairs
  • Windows Server General Support: User Maintenance, Permissions
  • Windows Desktop XP-7 General Support: Printing, PC/Laptop Replacement.
  • Any exposure to Application Development (MS Access Databases, VBA, VB.Net) an advantage.
